Cauliflower Bacon Overnight Salad Prep: 25 mins Cook: 4 hrs This is a wonderful salad, even for those who don’t like cauliflower, like me! Ingredients 1 head Cauliflower 1 head Iceberg Lettuce 1 bunch Green Onion 1 pound Bacon ⅓ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese 1-½ cup Mayonnaise ¼ cups Sugar Preparation Tear cauliflower and lettuce into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Layer with chopped onion. Fry, drain, and chop bacon. Place over onion layer. Mix cheese, mayo, and sugar together. Pour over bacon layer. Cover and refrigerate. Let it stand for 4 hours or over night. Toss before serving. Enjoy!
