Brownie mousse trifle

1 box Brownie mix
1 box chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup cold water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2-3 tubs of whip cream 
Mini chocolate chips

Make brownies as directed, let cool and cut into pieces. 

For mousse mix pudding, water and condensed milk until mostly smooth, fold in one tub of whip cream, set aside. 

Layer brownies, then mousse, then plain cool whip then sprinkle with chocolate chips. Repeat.
