Ingredients: 32 oz. frozen tater tots or potato gems 1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts (diced) This is about 2 large chicken breasts 10 slices bacon cooked and crumbled (divided) 21 oz. cream of chicken soup (two 10.5-oz. cans) 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 small yellow onion diced 8 oz. shredded sharp cheese (2 cups) 1/4 cup green onions Instructions: Place half of the tater tots in the bottom of the slow cooker. Spread them out so they are an even layer. Add the cubed chicken in a layer over the tots. Sprinkle over half of the bacon. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and diced onion. Pour this mixture over the tots, chicken and bacon. Add remaining tots, arrange them neatly if desired. Sprinkle over the cheese. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 5 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time. When the cooking time is done add the remaining bacon and sprinkle over the green onion.
