1 lb lean ground beef 1 package frozen "seasoning mix". (onions, chopped peppers, celery & parsley) 2 cans Diced Tomatoes with green peppers, celery & onions 1 can/bottle tomato juice 1 lb uncooked macaroni (elbows, shells, twists... etc) salt & pepper to taste Start to cook ground beef down, when partially cooked, put in seasoning mix and add salt and pepper. You can also add some garlic powder if desired. After beef is throuoghly cooked,drain off grease, if needed. (I use 93/7 and there is very little grease). Add diced tomatoes and simmer until they start to get soft. Add uncooked macaroni and 3/4 can of tomato juice, stir well, and simmer until macaroni is cooked. Stir occasionally so that macaroni does not stitck to bottom of pan and if there is not enough liquid, add more juice.
